Yoga Mudra

Technique:
  • Sit in Badha Padmāsana.
  • Exhale, bend forward the place the chin on the right knee and hold the pose for 10 sec with normal breathing.
  • Inhale, lift the head up and bring the trunk to upright position.
  • Exhale, bend forward the place the chin on the left knee and hold the pose for 10 sec with normal breathing.
  • Inhale, lift the head up and bring the trunk to upright position.
  • Exhale, bend forward and place the chin on the ground ahead of the crossing of the legs.
  • Hold the position with normal breathing for 20-30 sec.
  • Inhale, lift the head up and bring the trunk to upright position.
  • Release the feet and relax the legs.
  • Repeat the same with the reverse crossing of legs for the same length of time.
