Badha Padmāsana
.
Exhale, bend forward the place the chin on the right knee and hold the pose for 10 sec with normal breathing.
Inhale, lift the head up and bring the trunk to upright position.
Exhale, bend forward the place the chin on the left knee and hold the pose for 10 sec with normal breathing.
Inhale, lift the head up and bring the trunk to upright position.
Exhale, bend forward and place the chin on the ground ahead of the crossing of the legs.
Hold the position with normal breathing for 20-30 sec.
Inhale, lift the head up and bring the trunk to upright position.
Release the feet and relax the legs.
Repeat the same with the reverse crossing of legs for the same length of time.
