Ūrdhva mukha Paśchimottānāsana – II

Lie flat on the back.

Inhale, raise the legs to 900. Hold the heels with respective hands.

Exhale, pull the legs towards the head. Try to place the head in between the shins.

Hold the pose with normal breathing for about 20-30sec.

Inhale, release the legs and bring them to 90 degrees.

Exhale, bring the legs slowly to the ground and relax.
