Ūrdhva Kukkutāsana

Sit in Padmāsana.
Place the palms on the ground in front of the body, fingers pointing forward.
Hands should be parallel to each other.
Slowly lift the body up and place the knees on the ground.
Inhale, lean little forward on the hands, push the hand against the ground and lift the body off the ground.
Place the front of the knees on the respective triceps.
Hold the pose with normal breathing for about 20-30 sec.
Slowly lower the knees to the ground, and slowly sit back on the ground.
