Trivikramāsana

Technique:
  • Stand in Tāḍāsana.  
  • Exhale, raise the right leg by bending at knee and hold the big toe of right leg with right hand. 
  • Rest the left hand on the left hip and balance. Take two breaths.
  • While exhaling, stretch the right leg to the right side.
  • Take few deep breaths in the final posture.
  • Exhale, release the hand and lower the leg to the floor.
  • Repeat the same on the other side.
