Mr. Santhosh Kumar.P, BSc, PGDY, s/O P.Kannama Naidu Yoga instructor has successfully conducted “Yoga camp for Governament staff” from 07-12-2007 to 17-12-2007 organized by red cross society, Purnea at town hall Purnea. His proficiency in performing various asanas and skill in explaining their nuances was appreciated and received well by the participants in the Yoga camp.

I wish him all the best for his future endevours.

           One good thing if I came across or has changed my life for good is “Practicising Yoga”. I have started yoga to lose weight and it worked wonders. I lost almost 10 kgs, practicising yoga and diet. Initially, I did not like yoga as it is so slow and need lot of patience to follow it. But after a month or so, I started enjoying the calmness of the mind and body. Yoga surely helped me lose my weight and tone my body. I look lot younger and active. I thank Santhosh sir who has given good guidance and support to practice yoga. His patience and the way he follows the daily schedule for asanas is great. He is very friendly.  Through yoga one can understand their body and enjoy the greatness of life. Yoga is good workout through relaxation.                   Since  the past one year we are under the tutelage of Santhosh our yoga instructor, who has brought in a breadth of fresh air with his youth and effervescence. A learned practitioner who has done his masters in the same. He decided to dedicate his life to spreading wellness and goodness through Asanas and Pranayama.

             He goes about his task inquiring about aches and pains(in other words personalized attention) covering all body parts in his disciplined regimen. His motto Asanas for all ages and health forever. I have been practicing with Mr. Santhosh for over an year now. I have been regularly suffering with lower back pain as a result of an accident long time back. This pain has been bothering me on and off. I have seen a lot of improvement in my flexibility due to regular Yoga Asanas, specifically for strengthening the back muscles.  I have been practicing yoga with santhosh sir for the last one year. I started yoga late in life, but am discovering things about my body, breath and spirit that I would not have without Yoga. Under Santhos sir's guidance and motivation my practice continues to grow and improve without fear of injury. He is nurturing, patient and generous with time. He brings a sense of peace and spirituality to my practice that I can take with me long after the class is over. I leave feeling strong, centered, stretched and energized. Yoga is a part of my life now and will always continue to be.

 I am practicing yoga for the last one and half years with santhosh sir. I am very fortunate to have him as tutor as he is very friendly and also efficient. Before starting yoga I used to get tired very soon, but after started practicing yoga regularly that problem has gone and now I am very energetic and I have also lost weight of 4-5 kgs.
If one practices yoga and follows the diet, one can maintain proper weight and perfect health for long time.

From past 10 years I tried so many workouts like Aerobics, Gym etc. For the last 4 years I am practicing Yoga. At last I found what I need. Yoga helped me to train my body and mind. I feel energetic to carry my daily routine after doing yoga. It helped me to cope with situational problems not reacting emotionally.  My satsangs in my colony daily at  2:30PM. Bhagavadgita and Viveka Chudamani to balance mind and understand life better and more in positive direction by not getting attracted to materialistic pleasures.
