Supta Vajrāsana

Sit in vajrāsana.

Slowly bend beck and place your elbows on the ground.

With the support of the elbows lie on your back.

Stretch your arms above your head.

Hold the pose with deep breathing for about 20 sec.

Slowly with the support of the elbows come up to vajrāsana.

Stretch your legs one by one and relax.
