Supta Badha Padmāsana

Sit in Badha Padmāsana.

Slowly lean backwards and place the elbows one by one on the ground and with the support of the elbows lie back on the ground.
Knees should be placed on the ground.
Hold the pose with normal breathing for about 20 sec.
Inhale, slowly with the support of elbows come to Badha Padmāsana.
Release the feet and relax the legs.
Repeat the same with the reverse crossing of the legs for the same length of time.
