Purvottānāsana

Sit in Daṇḍāsana.

Move the hands slightly back and with inhalation raise the hips up and place the toes on the ground.
Bring the whole body to inclined position(Reverse Plank).
Stretch the throat and look back.
Hold the pose with normal breathing for 20-30 sec. 
Exhale, bring the hips back to the ground and relax in sitila Daṇḍāsana.
