Prasarita padottanāsana – IV

Perform Prasarita Padangustāsana-I.

Lift the hands off the ground.

Place the palms on the feet.

Hold the pose with normal breathing for about 20 sec.

Inhale, come up and bring the legs together, come to Tadāsana and relax.
