Technique:
Sit in
Padmāsana
.
Cross the fingers of both the hands and stretch the arms above the head. Palms facing upwards.
Bend the head the lock the chin in between the collar bones(Jalandara Banda).
Hold the pose with deep breathing for about a min.
Release the hands, release the legs and relax.
Repeat the same with reverse crossing of the legs.
