- Come to Ardha Nāvāsana
- Exhale, tilt to right side lifting the left buttock few inches off the ground.
- Stay in this position for about half a minute to one minute with normal breathing.
- Inhale, come back to Ardha Nāvāsana.
- Exhale, tilt to left side lifting the right buttock few inches off the ground.
- Stay in this position for the same length of time.
- Inhale, come back to Ardha Nāvāsana and relax.
Benefits:
- Reduces fat at the sides of the waist.
- Strengthens the core and back muscles.
