Stand in Tāḍāsana.
Bend the right leg at the knee.
Hold the right ankle with the right hand.
Exhale and stretch the right leg as up as you can.
Stretch out the left arm infront of the body, arm comes parallel to the ground.
Try not to bend forward. Keep your left leg straight.
Hold the pose with normal breathing for about 20-30sec.
Inhale and bring down the right leg.
Release the leg and relax.
Repeat the same on the other side.
