Nādi Sudhi Prānāyāma

Sit comfortably in any meditative āsana.

Keep the back erect, keep the back and head in the same line.

Adopt Chin mudra with the left hand and nāsika mudra with right hand.

Close the right nostril with the thumb,

                                                          inhale through the left,
close the left with little and ring fingers,
                                                          exhale through the right,
                                                          inhale through the right,
                                     close the right 
                                                                                                exhale through the left.

This completes one cycle.

Continue inhaling through the left and repeat the above steps.

Practice it for 9 cycles.
