Sit in Danḍāsana .

Stretch the right arm infront of the body, right armpit coming nearer to the right knee.

Bend the right arm at the elbow, make a circle around the right leg with the right arm.

Take the left arm back, try and hold the right wrist with the left hand or vice versa.

If not clasp the finger of both the hands.

Keep the trunk straight. Hold the pose for two breathings.

Exhale, bend forward and place the place the chin on the left knee or beyond the knee.

Hold the pose with normal breathing for about 30sec.

Inhale, come up to upright position.

Release the hands, stretch out the right leg.

Repeat the same on the other side.
