Fold the right leg at the knee, place the right foot on the left thigh, right lateral side of the right thigh and right knee should be on the ground.Fold the left leg at the knee, place the left sole on the ground near the left buttock.
Exhale, twist the body towards left side.
Bend the right arm at the elbow and encircle the left leg with the left leg with right arm.
Take the left arm to the back and grab hold the left wrist with the right hand or vice versa.
Look over the left shoulder.
Hold the pose for 20-30sec with normal breathing.
Inhale, come back to normal position and release the hands.
Stretch out the left leg and then right leg one by one and come to Danḍāsana.
Repeat the same on the other side for the same length of time and relax in Sithila Danḍāsana.
