Marīchyāsana – III

Technique:

Sit in  Danḍāsana.
Fold the left leg at the knee, place the left sole on the ground, left heel touching the left buttock.
Exhale, twist the trunk to the left side.
Bend the right arm at the elbow, encircle the left leg with the right arm, take the left arm to the back and grab hold the right wrist with the left hand or vise versa.
Look over the left shoulder.
Hold the position with normal breathing for about 20-30sec.
Inhale, come back to normal position, release the hands.
Exhale, stretch out the left leg and come to  Danḍāsana.
Repeat the same with the right leg for the same length of time.
Relax in Sitila  Danḍāsana .
