Marīchyāsana – II

Technique:

Sit in  Danḍāsana.
Fold the right leg at the knee and place the right foot on the left thigh, right lateral side of the right thigh and right knee should be placed on the ground.
Fold the left leg at the knee, place the left sole on the ground near the left buttock.
Bend the left arm at the elbow and encircle the left leg with the left leg with left arm.
Take the right arm to the back and grab hold the left wrist with the right hand or vice versa.
Exhale, bend forward and place the chin on the right knee.
Hold the pose for 20-30sec with normal breathing.
Inhale, come up, bring the trunk to upright position and release the hands.
Stretch out the left leg and then right leg one by one and come to Danḍāsana.
Repeat  the same on the other side for the same length of time and relax in Sithila Danḍāsana
