Krounchāsana

Sit in Dandāsana.

Fold the right leg at the knee. Place the upper side of the right foot on the ground, by the side of right hip.

Bend the left leg at the knee, place the left sole on the ground by the side of right knee.

Hold the left foot with both the hands and straighten the left leg.

Exhale, place the chin beyond the left knee.

Hold the pose with normal breathing for about 30sec.

Fold the left leg at the knee, bring the foot to the ground, release the  foot and straighten the leg.

Stretch out the right leg to Dandāsana.

Repeat the same on the other side.
