Kati Chakrāsana

Technique:
- Stand in Tāḍāsana.
- Move your feet one foot apart.
- Inhale and place your right palm on your left shoulder, take the left arm back and place the left hand on your back in a relaxed manner.
- Slowly with exhalation twist your trunk towards left and look over your left shoulder.
- Hold the position with normal breathing for about 30 sec.
- Inhale and come back. Exhale relaxes your arms.
- Repeat the same on other side.
Note:
- Do not bend forward, keep the spine straight.
