Garbhapindāsana
Sit in Padmāsana.
Insert the right hand in between the left foot and right calf.
Insert the left hand in between the right foot and left calf.
Exhale, pull the hands out and bring the hands towards the chin and place the chin in the cups of hands or hold the ears with respective hands.
Hold the position with normal breathing for about 20 sec.
Inhale, release the ears or chin bring the hands to the ground and bring the knees back to the ground.
Pull the arms out, release the legs and stretch them out.
Repeat the same with reverse crossing of legs for the same length of time.
Insert the right hand in between the left foot and right calf.
Insert the left hand in between the right foot and left calf.
Exhale, pull the hands out and bring the hands towards the chin and place the chin in the cups of hands or hold the ears with respective hands.
Hold the position with normal breathing for about 20 sec.
Inhale, release the ears or chin bring the hands to the ground and bring the knees back to the ground.
Pull the arms out, release the legs and stretch them out.
Repeat the same with reverse crossing of legs for the same length of time.
