Dwi pada Pavanamuktāsana

Pāda means leg. Pavana means air, gas. Mukta means liberation, release.

Technique:

Lie flat on the back on the ground.

Inhale lift both the legs to 900.

Fold the legs at the knees.

Hold the legs with interlocked fingers .

Exhale, pull the legs down towards the chest.

Hold the posture for 30sec with normal breathing.

Inhale, release the legs lift them up to 900.

Exhale, bring them down to the ground and relax.
