Bhunamunāsana

Sit in Daṇḍāsana.
Spread the legs as apart as possible.
Exhale, twist the body to the right and with further exhalation place both the hand on the ground at the outer side of the right leg.
Place the forehead on the ground in between the hands, as close as possible to the right knee.
Hold the pose with normal breathing for about 20-30 sec.
Inhale, lift the head off the ground and bring the trunk and hands back to normal position.
Repeat the same on the other side for the same length of time.
