Ākarṇa Dhanurāsana – III

Sit in Dandāsana.

Fold the right leg at the knee, hold the right big toe with the right index finger.

Straighten the right leg. Right knee comes near the right ear. Keep the right leg straight.

Exhale, bend forward and hold the left big toe with the left index finger.

Look straight.

Maintain the pose with normal breathing for about 20-30sec.

Inhale, release the left toe and come up. Bend the right leg, release the right toe and right leg to the ground.

Repeat the same on the other leg.
