Ākarṇa Dhanurāsana – II
Sit in Dandāsana.
Fold the right leg at the knee, hold the right big toe with the left index finger.
Pull the leg towards left ear, right big toe touching left ear.
Exhale, bend forward and hold the left big toe with the right index finger.
Lift the head up and look straight.
Maintain the pose with normal breathing for about 20-30sec.
Inhale, release the left toe and come up. Release the right toe and straighten the right leg.
Repeat the same on the other leg.
