Patañjali
The human body is nature’s one of the most marvelous creations. It is one of the most perfect machines destined to work efficiently for hundred years as per our Sastras. In human body we have some external organs like teeth, skin, eyes, ears and nose. We attend to them regularly to keep them clean. But in our human body there are internal organs like heart, lungs, kidneys, and digestive system, which work all through our life. We never give these organs any rest. Yoga certainly cares for these internal organs and it overhauls these organs and it revitalizes them.

Yoga is the most advisable and easy way to keep good health of a person in the modern time, where time, stress and bad environment have made life miserable.

Yoga is becoming popular in all parts of the world. For the restless man it gives solace, for the sick, it is a boon. For the common man it is the fashion of the day to keep himself fit and healthier.

Yoga helps man to evoke the hidden potentialities of man in a systematic and scientific way by which man becomes a fuller individual. All his faculties at physical, mental, intellectual and emotional levels develop in a harmonious and integrated fashion to meet all round challenge of the modern technological era with its hectic speed. It enables one to look at life in all its aspects evenly.

The continued practice of yoga will lead one to a sense of peace and also feeling of being in harmony with one’s environment.
